(iii) The school district must pay for transportation and meals not to exceed 60 percent of the hourly rates for that work-training program which the minor is to be employed at; except that the total amount the minor is to be paid for each work week in accordance with § 46.2-736, including transportation and meals, shall not exceed 300; (b) Work schedules for the minors are required only when the minor enters or leaves a regular school work-training program. If the program is part of a school-sponsored work-training program, then the minor is required to complete the work of the program prior to enrollment in a full-time term at the regular school. For minors in the 12th grade, § 46.2-745 allows for additional work on Sunday or the following Tuesday; for minors in the 11th through 12th grades the provisions of § 46.2-752 apply with respect to a full-time schedule. The minor must be paid for those extra hours by the school district as provided in § 46.2-752; (d) For minors in grades 9 through 11, a full-time course in the work-training program may be conducted while the minor remains enrolled in a regular school term.
